Even though I have a great campaign staff for my election bid for the 2013 Dogtime Media Best Dog Blog award (miss my acceptance speech? – catch up here), I am a “paws on” type of dog who would never ask my staff to do anything I wouldn’t do.  The PrestonSpeaks.com campaign headquarters is a flurry of activities getting ready for this tight race.

I have been busy working on sprucing up my website and Facebook accounts so my readers can easily find where to vote for me.

Elvis (my intern) started to cut out postcards to send out to my pals reminding them to vote. However, mom pulled him off the job saying we don’t have the right type of business insurance to have him working with sharp objects.

I have been working long hours so my mug of water is what keeps me going!

Finally, I am busy interviewing potential vice-presidential candidates to determine if they will be a good addition to my campaign ticket. However, Pibb won’t work he doesn’t like having his photo taken!

So just remember, a VOTE for me, is a vote for DOGS!  Also, don’t forget to vote today (and every day!).  Go to www.VotePrestonSpeaks.com to cast your vote!

  1. It’s so much fun to follow along Preston’s journey and it’s real genius! Thanks for reminding me to vote again – I forget that I can vote every day!

  2. Nancy Bennett says:

It is so nice of Elvis to want to help his brother! Go Preston!

  3. I’m rooting (& voting) for you Preston. it was good to see Elvis is willing to help you out! Belly rubs to both of you.
