About My Mommy

Well I thought you should get to know my human assistant behind my blog. My puppy mamma Rachel. She is my typist, my PR agent, my proofreader, my driver, my blogger, my assistant, my caretaker, my tummy rubber, and my mommy. She is also the mom to my three brothers and sister cats, Dr. Pepper, Mr. Pibb, and Ashes and my doggie brother Elvis. When she is not busy with prestonspeaks.com she works full time in the smokeless tobacco industry as an analyst. Yep, she can tell you anything you want to know about chewing , moist snuff,and snus tobacco as well as make a mean PowerPoint and graphs analyzing about any data you have. But no she doesn’t use the product, she can’t stomach the whole spiting thing. hehehe.

She is also involved in her sorority Sigma Kappa and is the president of the area alumnae chapter and does a lot of their PR and social media work. She also helps daddy with his fraternity and serves as the VP of communications for the Kentucky Gamma Alumnae and Volunteer Corporation and guess what she also does their newsletters and social media efforts. She also went to school for a really long time and got alot of training to help me with my blog (why else would she go to school?). She has a undergraduate degree in Computer Science and a masters degree in Business (MBA) and another masters degree in Public Administration (MPA)

We are also very involved in the animal rescue world and mom is on the board of directors for the Owensboro Humane Society, is the Kentucky state rep for Westie Rescue Southeast, helps with transport for Westie Rescue Indiana, and is on the planning committee for Barkworold Pet Expo

Her hobbies include crafts, photography, scrapbooking, and of course playing with me. She loves animals of all types and has had several cats, dogs, and even a guinea pig over the years. She is not an expert on animals per say but has learned a lot over the years researching what is best for her treasured four legged family members.. She wants this blog to be informative but also fun since you are able to get a peak into my mind and hopefully fall in love with me just like she has because of my great personality.
