If you are like me, you have probably found that there are so many different online pet supply websites that it is hard to tell which ones have good customer service, quick delivery, and great products. So when Prime Pet Supply asked me if I would be willing to give them a try, I said sure!
I started by turning on my computer to check out what they carried. OH MY DOG! I saw so many of the great brands I love including (but not limited to): Sojos, Etta Says, Kongs, and JW Pet. I was ready to order me some new toys and treats! Unfortunately though, Mom walked into the room and told me to step away from the computer. She said we were only going to order items we actually need. Then my mom said, and I quote, “Last time I checked, you were low on Frontline flea and tick treatment.” I was crushed. Mom is really going to make me order medication? NO FAIR! But then Mom explained to me that I’m allergic to fleas and reminded me how the last time I got bit I had a full reaction with a trip to the vet.
I guess maybe I should listen to Mom. Also, I didn’t want to get sick and miss out on any of the fun trips I had planned to go to Expos in Cleveland and St. Louis. I placed an order for a three pack of Frontline Plus for small dogs.
The website is very easy to navigate and makes placing an order simple. It is so easy even a human can do it! Prime Pet Supply even had an option to do auto replenishment if you wish. It somehow knows when your low on an item and will go ahead and send it to you. This service was made with our busy puppy moms and dads in mind!
We got an order conformation over email very quickly. I placed an order on Thursday evening and on Monday I got a knock on my door from the mailman. He had my flea and tick treatment! I was so impressed with the quick shipment. My item was shipped from Cincinnati, Ohio, and I live in western Kentucky, so it didn’t have far to travel. I’m sure if you live farther away it would still get to you fast too. Here I am opening my box!
Overall, I give Prime Pet Supply two paws up! I hope next time Mom will let me sneak a new toy into the order.
