Swiffer Sweeper Dry Pads Make Puppy Cleanup Easy!

I admit it, pets can be messy at times. For my pals that follow me on social media, you already know I recently became a big brother. We adopted a four-month-old Westie puppy named Piper (don’t worry, she is working on her first blog post to publish soon). I am quickly learning that puppies make A LOT of messes! Mom says I was the same way as a puppy, but I adamantly disagree. I was perfect … hehehe. When my pals at Swiffer told me about the Swiffer Sweeper Dry Pads at Sam’s Club, I had to try them out! Ok, well, since I don’t clean, only supervise, I got them for my mom to test out on Piper’s messes. 🙂

These Swiffer Sweeper Dry Pad Refills are available at Sam’s Club in a huge box (86 count) at a reasonable price. This means there are plenty of pads in the box so Mom always has one on hand to clean up after Piper when she eats her puppy food. They are thick dry cloths that attach to the Swiffer Sweeper and conform to your floor to trap dust, dirt, puppy hair, and crumbs. I think Swiffer must have already met my sister because they obviously made these with her and her messes in mind! They work on about any surface such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl and even tile. As you can see, Piper is in the middle of potty training so she is restricted on where she can go in the house. She has a nice play area that Mom cleans multiple times a day and her own crate with a comfortable bed.

Piper and Preston - Swiffer Refill PadsIf you have a dog that sheds a lot, you need to pick up these Swiffer Sweeper Dry Pad Refills at Sam’s Club to help you clean up their hair. Luckily, us Westies don’t shed very much, but we still shed a little, especially right after grooming. The pads will grab the pet fur off the floor and lock it onto the pad. Putting a new dry pad on the Sweeper is also quick and easy and only takes a few seconds. Swiffer makes it as hassle-free as possible to clean up after us dogs.

If you have a dog that is special needs, these pads come in handy to clean up their messes too. My pals at Swiffer told me about a special needs Schnauzer (Ok I know he isn’t a Westie, but close enough!). His family uses these pads to keep their house clean. Here is his story:

Meet Cobb, a super special Schnauzer

May is National Pet Month, and Swiffer is sharing heartwarming pet adoption stories. An accident left this pup needing a wheelchair, but it hasn’t slowed him down much. Watch how Cobb found his perfect family. #ad
