HUGE news my pals! Me , Preston Peabody, has been selected as the Dogster DOG OF THE WEEK!! I am over the moon!
For those of you who don’t know Dogster, it is a dog-themed, social networking and forums-based website. Think Facebook for us dogs! This is where I got my start. When I was a small puppy, Mom created a Dogster account for me and that is what got us interested in blogging. About four months later, we started a WordPress site/blog. So needless to say, Dogster has a very special place in my heart. I don’t get over there as often as I would like (I promise I’ll be better), but Dogster is where I met the Westies United group. I have a lot of special Westie pals (and there rents) I have met through Dogster as well. Actually, Dogster is how I learned about Westie rescues and fostering. Also, without Sara, who I met on the Westies United group, we never would have found Westie Rescue Southeast and ended up with my dog brother Elvis. It is still up for debate though whether that was a good thing or not … just kidding.
So Dogster, thank you so much for the great honor of being your dog of the week! This little white dog really appreciates it so much!
