Soggy Doggy Super Shammy Product Review

Written by Rachel Phelps

My mom says I am the kind of dog who can find a mud puddle in a desert!  I have jumped into muddy rivers, crawled through dirty earth dog tunnels, and even rolled in a puddle at a festival when mom wasn’t looking.  So when my pals at Soggy Doggy Super Shammy asked if I would check out their new product to help dry me off quickly, I said sure!

I wanted to roll in mud for this product review but Mom vetoed that idea.  She said we could test it out just as well by drying me off after a bath.  Even though I would have preferred the mud puddle, I have to say the Soggy Doggy Super Shammy works great!  When I get done with a dreaded bath, I want to get out of the tub as quickly as possible and start doing zoomies (that is what I call it when I run all over like a crazy dog drying off).  Well, this time Mom caught me before I could run off and used the Super Shammy on me instead.  This shammy is made of ultra-soft and super absorbent microfiber material that can absorb five times more water and dirt than a regular cotton towel.  I have to admit, I dried off very quickly!

shammy_dog2_wpMom said the design is great!  There are hand pockets at each end for our humans to put their hands in while drying us off.  This makes it very easy for our rents to use.  Mom also said that they are machine washable, and according to Soggy Doggy, they remain odor-free as well.  This means you can just throw them in your car for times when we are too muddy or dirty to ride back home.

Overall, I give Soggy Doggy Super Shammy two paws up for being such an innovative product to clean us up!  The shammy towels retail around $20 and they come in two colors, beige with red trim, and marine blue with red trim.  To learn more, go to www.soggydoggydoormat.com, or pick up your own at Soggy Doggy Super Shammy  and tell them Preston from PrestonSpeaks.com sent you.
