The Best Dog Bed from Moxi (Review)

Written by Rachel Phelps

Recently, I went to the St. Louis Pet Expo and had a blast! I met a really awesome lady name Brittany Davis who works for Moxi – Innovative Health Solutions and they make medical products for people who spend alot of time in their bed. Well they applied that same technology to dog beds to make the ultimate comfort for us. I love to sleep on my rents bed but now that I have Elvis as a brother who is a bed hog (it doesn’t help we don’t get along and fight on the bed) I spend more time in my crate at night. Yes my parents are fair..we take turns so I get every other night. But my bed has become more and more important and I MUST have a good bed to get a good night sleep so I can be ready to chase my cats first thing in the morning. The bed doesn’t have a typical mattress pad. It but uses comfort float technology. Here is a photo of the mattress with the cover off.

It has air cells that the air can move around between the pockets based on where I lay. So the bed molds to me and distributes my weight evenly. After much napping and testing I can say the left side of the mattress/dog bed is just as comfortable as the right sidehehehe Also, sometimes I admit I like to stretch out and lay on my back and the air cells shift to my weird position as well. The material the air cells are made out of is super tough too and I haven’t hurt it and even my cat brother and sisters claws haven’t broken then either. Brittany told me that the bed reduces pressure points for us dogs such as our sensitive joints and also improves blood flow as well. it is also great for those dogs up there in years who need a little extra TLC on their arthritic joints.

The bed comes in three sizes and they fit in most crates. See mine fits right in there no problem.

The bottom is non-skid so if you have hardwood/tile floors when we run up to it jump into bed we won’t go sliding across the room (but I do admit that might make a funny you tube video hehehe)

Another cool feature is that the bed cover is removable for when we get it kinda stinky or we have an accident. It is anti-microbial, stain, and oder resistant. Mom also says she loves the cute dog fabric design!

So you wondering how do I get my hands on this bed because it would make the perfect Christmas gift for my fur children? It is made from a company out of St. Louis so it isn’t in alot of stores right now since is a new product but you can call my pal Brittany at a (314.561.4080) and leave a detailed message or e-mail her at brittany@moxiusa.com. Here is also the link for a brochure that tells more about the beds. For more information also check out their website go to: www.moxiusa.com

Disclosure –The bed was provided to my rents and I free of charge by Moxi. However, opinions expressed here are my own.
