Show Me the Blog Review

Show Me the Blog was in inspirational blogging conference in which I learned about a dog who started from the small roots of a litter of eight who through hard work and dedication created a blog that is followed by thousands by telling the world of his personal trials and tribulations….oh wait that was me..mom told my story at the conference hehehe.

But seriously, the rents and “flat” Preston just got back from a great blogging conference in St Louis called Show Me The Blog. This two day event was a general blogging conference with bloggers from all areas of the blogging world from mommy, business, politics, fashion, lifestyle, science, and now PETS. Yep PrestonSpeaks.com was in the house and led a session titled Pet Blogging: All Bark and No Bite. In the session we talked about my blog, how we got started, animals, pet conferences, anipals, twitter parties, and even our youtube rock stars. They also had some local corporate sponsors such as Hardees and flat hambor was there too! Another company we haven’t heard of before but are now a huge fan of is Frostbite. They make ice cream and they have a BACON flavor! Yes you read it right BACON! I am telling you Frostbite you have a huge marketing opportunity here …dogs! Us dogs love bacon so just change the actual ice cream to be pet friendly (take out the stuff that upsets our stomach) and you will have dogs lined up ready for their BACON treats!

Flat Preston had to also make his rounds. The conference hotel is part of a casino so I had to check that out but they wouldn’t let me in..I’m not 21. However, I did go to the buffet and of course found the bacon right away!

Overall, I give the conference one and 1/2 paws up. The only downfall was that the hotel wasn’t pet friendly so I couldn’t come and hang out with all my new pals 🙁
