This spring has been filled with too much rain! I live close to Nashville and have even been there before (see I’m a very well traveled dog!) and I know a lot of pet parents and their dogs and cats have lost their crates in the massive flooding as well as all their toys and even their doggie sweaters. I haven’t heard much in the news about animal rescue groups down there but if you do please comment below because I would love to help out. And I encourage all my doggie friends to help out where they can too! But anyway I’m getting distracted…
Well its raining again and rain just ruins my day. First, I have a very bad hair day! My hair gets all curly when it gets wet. So today I look like a poodle when I come in from going out in the backyard “when nature calls.” The curly hair just bugs me…what terrier wants to be confused with a toy group dog!?!?!? Here is how it looks outside..see all the sidewalks are all wet and no one is out playing.
When it gets this nasty mommy cancels all my walks too ☹ So what is left for a doggie to do….but get in trouble. I have a lot of energy to burn so I chase my cats, which gets me in trouble. So back in the crate for a doggie time-out. See how sad I look in my crate….
What do you all do with your pet-parents on rainy days? Please comment below…I need ideas and quick..its suppose to rain all night ☹
My parents play inside with me. They remove the breakable things from the room to we can rough house in the living room. I get all my energy out that way. I love chasing the laser pointer around the room!
Jax,
Your my first comment..I’m so excited..my tail is really wagging!
I will have to tell mommy about the laser pointer. The cats have one but I have never played with it. It sounds like alot of fun!!
