Meet Chewy

Chewy is a sweet, fun loving little terrier mix. He’s about 2 years old and 18 lbs. He gets along with dogs of all sizes and is very good with kids. Chewy is a calm, laid back little guy in the house, who plays with squeeky toys and stuffies and only chews on bones and rawhides. He loves being outside running, wading in the kiddie pool and chasing birds and airplanes as they cross the sky. Chewy came into foster care with no training, but in just the first two weeks he was housetrained, kennel trained and learned sit, down, come, wait, leave it and is working on several other things. Training Chewy is really fun and rewarding because he is so smart and loves the praise. Chewy also wants you to know he likes to cuddle and very much enjoys massages and belly rubs!
