When a birthday or special occasion comes along for someone in your life, it is too easy to slip into a local store and pick up a card. You may do that for people that you don’t care much about or don’t want to impress, but the most important people in your life deserve much better. They deserve a unique greeting card selected just for them. It takes more time to shop for these cards, but there are three reasons that time is well spent in the end.
- .Your gift recipient will know that you took the time to find a card that they will cherish. If you want to make someone feel special, give them the gift of your time. When you shop for a unique card that fits your recipient’s personality perfectly, you show them that you spent time selecting the card. You put some effort into their gift because they are important to you.
- You want your gift to stand out as original and special. You don’t want someone you care about to open your gift and realize that they received the same thing from someone else. When you shop for original cards based on the personality and life of your recipient, they will appreciate your card and the effort you put into buying it. Your card will stand out from all others received.
- A unique card that fits your recipient’s personality is less likely to end up in the trash. You want your note cards to end up on the front of the refrigerator, framed on a wall or tucked into a drawer for long-term keeping. That is accomplished only when you give the right card to the right person. For instance, the cat-lover in your life may fall in love with cat greeting cards while the chef in your life may appreciate a card featuring a humorous foodie joke.
