IAMS Naturals Line Product Review

My pals, I can finally let the cat out of the bag..for the last month and a half I have been eating “top secret” dog food …so since i finished the bag yesterday I thought it was time to give you my product review. My pals at IAMS sent me a bag of IAMS Sensitive and Naturals dog food before it even came out on the market (it is in your favorite stores now!) Since I’m a westie we have ALOT of skin issues and allergies. I have been lucky so far and haven’t had any serious problems but mom has been super careful with what I eat to make sure I stay healthy. Alot of my foster brothers and sisters haven’t been as lucky and have had to take medication and shots to deal with their very itchy skin. So it is important that I stay on top of skin and take good care of it. When I got the bag the first thing I thought what a pretty blue bag and then I sniffed it and I was like WOW open it now I’m hungry!!! The pieces are on the smaller size (perfect for a dog my size) and it has rich ocean fish, a protein not commonly used in dog food. It also has no chicken, corn, wheat, soy or meat by-products. These are the most common ingredients that can cause itching and scratching. I ate every piece and even asked for more. Elvis likes it as well (but he has his own dog food so I only let him have a bowl the first day. He didn’t offer any of his food to me so I didn’t share!). The Cats LOVE IT (it is the fish in it!) and they try to steal my food when I’m not looking but I put a stop to that right away with a good growl.

If your dog isn’t as sensitive as me IAMS introduced another new addition to their product line called Simple & Natural. This dog food contains very high quality ingredients from nature. The first ingredient is real chicken and it a high level of antioxidants. It also has no corn, wheat, soy, or meat by-products in it.

Overall I give IAMS four paws up and a tail..everyone in my house loves the food and it is very healthy for us as well. Look for it at all the major pet specialty stores, mass retailers, and grocers. Also, since it is just out on the market is may also be on sale so pick up a bag next time your out!
