Reliq Mineral Spa Shampoo Review

Written by Rachel Phelps

Recently I was at a pet expo and I had the opportunity to talk to a company that is very passionate about their unique line of pet products.  That company’s name is Reliq.

Reliq is the first line of nanotech grooming products for pets.  This product has a key ingredient that is developed using cutting edge nanotechnology.  It eliminates the root of dog odors that the humans don’t like (I don’t get it, I LOVE to smell doggie), and not just mask it.  They state that your pet will still smell good in seven to fourteen days, or maybe longer depending on the breed.  It comes in several scents including jasmine, lavender, pomegranate, rosemary, and green tea.

This time Mom decided both Elvis and myself needed a bath. She washed Elvis first while I laughed at him thinking I didn’t need one.  Then she turned on me and threw me in the tub too.  We tested out the Pomegranate scent.  I admit, the shampoo did make me smell great!

The shampoo is packed with nutrients including vitamin E, pro-vitamin B5, and Olive oil PEG-7 for superb conditioning.  The Mineral Spa shampoo left my fur very soft and made my skin less itchy.  The shampoo is designed to leave no oil residue and to moisturize our sensitive skin.

One important item to note is that this shampoo doesn’t make a lot of bubbles or foam up. This means your rents have to remember this and be careful and not to put way to much shampoo on you.  If not, you know what that means … it could take forever to rinse out of our fur so that is more time in the bathtub … yuck!
