  • The idea behind this product is great….design a harness which includes an insertable heating/cooling gel pad to rest up on the dog’s neck and stomach. They have a chart that advised the measurements you need to take to determine the size…the problem is, there is about a 2 inch gap where it is “in between” two sizes…and THAT is exactly where my dog lies. So, on the advice on the web site, we ordered the larger (medium) size, and the product hangs there with a gap that makes it useless. So now what, order the small and see if it’s too tight? I wrote to them, and have had NO response. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
