As an Amazing Pet Expo official blog ambassador we learn about wonderful animal rescue organizations that will be at upcoming shows.   Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue is one of those that will be at the  Vegas Pet Expo show on February 9th with great animals available for adoption.

About the Boxer Club

The Las Vegas Bulldog Club is an AKC licensed specialty club and strives to provide local community education as well as support for those who love the Bulldog. We host monthly events and meetings.  The Bulldog Club of America Rescue Network, Inc. is a non-profit organization with 501C3 status, which is comprised of volunteers who rehabilitate and find new homes for more than 1600 Bulldogs each year. These volunteers screen prospective adopting applications, provide medical care, food, shelter, and training while the rescued Bulldogs are awaiting adoption. Many thousands of dollars are spent to save these dogs, as well as countless hours of volunteer time.

Butch_CassidyButch is a neutered male, 4 years old Boxer

He is 57 lbs. He is micro chipped and up to date on all vaccinations.

How about giving a sweet, happy, healthy, and loving Boxer boy his first real home i? Butch was doing hard time in a chain link cell in the desert at a failed Boxer rescue. All dogs, but especially the very social and loving Boxers, deserve a home where they can be pampered and loved, not a outdoor kennel where they are warehoused. When he was released from
his kennel to meet our volunteer he couldn’t wait to run over for attention. Butch is out of his prison and safe in boarding in Las Vegas but needs a foster or forever home. He is adapting very well to life in the city and everything is a new experience for a boy who spent his entire life in a remote desert kennel.

Butch gets along great with other dogs and was socialized with other pooches at the rescue. Butch was very frightened when he was taken out of the car at our vet on a busy road. He reacted in typical Boxer fashion by leaning on his new human friend for comfort. Butch is a sweet boy with a beautiful Boxer smile. He is a little skinny and has a few kennel calluses from laying on hard surfaces but other than that he appears to be in great health. He has been micro chipped, up to date on vaccinations, and is scheduled for neuter surgery this week.

  • Beautiful dogs! We hope they find homes. One of our rescues is a boxer-pitt mix. Boxers are smart and sweet and lovable. Thanks for helping them find furever homes!
