Honest Kitchen Doggie Pumpkin “Latte” and Pawsitively Donuts Review – CLOSED

Here in Kentucky, we have had a very, very, very, chilly winter.  So much so, I can’t go on my regular walks, and I get very cold almost every time I have to go outside to potty.  Finally, I decided we needed to do what the humans do, and have a nice warm drink with some snacks in the afternoon.  So when my pals at the Honest Kitchen asked if I had tried out a doggie Pumpkin Latte, I said not yet, but send me over the recipe please!

This delicious drink is made from their Pro Bloom instant goat’s milk product.  This powder is actually dehydrated goat’s milk that has probiotics and digestive enzymes.  Here are the instructions:

• Mix 1 pack of Pro Bloom with 1 cup of warm water
• Whisk in 2 tbsp of pure canned pumpkin(optional)
• Lightly sprinkle the top with a smidgen of cinnamon*
  *Please remember, be sure to keep your pets away from nutmeg, as it can be toxic to us.

But you can’t just have a warm drink; you also need something yummy to eat.  My pals at Pawsitively sent me some great doggie donuts to try out.  These donuts are liver flavored!  Ok, I know doesn’t it sound that great if you’re human, but for us dogs, anything liver flavored is amazing!  These treats are made only with USA grown ingredients that include whole wheat flour, sweet potato, chicken livers, yogurt coating, carob coating, vegetable oil, corn syrup, and cornmeal.  These treats tasted awesome!
