Yard sale

Written by Rachel Phelps

Hello world!  I love having a diary in the big world wide web!  I get to share with you all my amazing adventures!   This weekend I got to experience a subdivision wide yardsale.  I thought it was just an ordinary Saturday when mommy put on my leash to go on my mid-day walk.  But once we got outside people and cars were everywhere and our neighbors had tables, racks, and all sort of stuff in their yards and garages.  So we started walking my “route” but mommy and daddy kept stopping to look at all the stuff.  I kept trying to find  the  part of their yards that was for sale since I love to roll in grass and it would be neat to take some grass home for my crate but I never found any.  I also thought mommy and daddy might like a second garage but it was false advertising  too..no garages for sale.  It got kinda boring after a while but I made a lot of friends!  Everyone wanted to pet me and my parents got a lot of questions about the West Highland Terrier breed.  I was the ambassador for the terriers hehehe.  No dog toys, beds, or crates were for sale either L  But I did find something for mommy I was so excited.  She got a figurine of me for just a dollar.

Overall the sale was a lot of fun!  But for all you yard sellers remember us dogs and sell some of “fidos” old stuff too!
