My New Year’s Resolutions with Pets Best Pet Health Insurance

Preston wearing a funnel : PrestonSpeaks.com

Hey my pals.  I have had a rough year with health issues 🙁.  Mom says it is because I’m getting older, but I’m only eight!  In 2016 I had some allergy problems, two eye surgeries, and a surgery on my bottom to remove a cyst.  Needless to say, I have spent a lot of time in the funnel of shame.  I have also seen the rents have to pull out a plastic card several times to pay for my unexpected medical expenses.  It got to the point that my mom joked that for Christmas this past year was I was getting my surgeries paid off.  Don’t worry, Santa Dog still delivered me plenty of treats and toys.

This year I am making two New Year resolutions:

1. No funnels for Preston in 2017!

I admit, I look cute in a funnel, but they are no fun!  I really want to stay healthy and happy this year.  For your entertainment, I made a video to show you my funnel days in 2016.  Now do you see why I refuse to wear one in 2017?!?!?

2. To help the rents provide me with the very best vet care possible, I am also looking into getting me some health insurance.

Getting pet health insurance sounded quite complicated when I googled it (yes, us dogs Google too).  So to help me out, I reached out to my pals at Pets Best Pet Health Insurance to find out how I can get a policy.  They said I had came come to the right place as their website makes it easy and affordable for my humans to insure me.  I also found out they are known for their great customer service for humans and their pets.

I was very happy to find out that Pets Best Pet Health Insurance has some very unique plans.  Why?  Because us dogs like options!  You can choose plans with different deductibles and different annual coverage limits, and their BestBenefit plans cover accidents, illnesses, cancer, hereditary conditions, emergency visits, surgeries, and physical therapy.  There are also options to add coverage for routine wellness care.  To see all of their plans, check out:  Pet Best Coverage  Or how to choose the best plan for you: How to pick the best plan

You can also get a quote on their website … which is awesome if you are reading this at 2 am (I know some of you are night owls like me!).  I only had to answer a couple of questions and they quickly sent me my quote which was less than $40 per month.  Of course, the price of your quote will vary based on your pups age and the plan you choose.  I think that the Pets Best Pet Health Insurance quote was pretty reasonable for an “older” pup like me.  You should take a few minutes and get a quote too!

I definitely learned last year that you never know what the future holds, but I am hoping 2017 is much better than 2016!  I would also like to wish you and your pups a great year … but just in case, I encourage you to be prepared by considering pet health insurance.
