The PooBagger Review

Preston Speaks PooBagger Product Review
Written by Rachel Phelps

Ok, I’m going to talk about a not so fun chore you humans have to do when we live with you – waste cleanup.  Yep, I am talking about doggie poop.  It isn’t a fun job, and frankly, it is kind of smelly.  But if you humans don’t clean up our waste, then somehow you always end up walking in it.  I just don’t understand how you do that.  I can run full steam all over the yard playing, and never step in a pile by accident.  I just pay attention … hehehe.  Luckily, my pals at PooBagger have a great tool to make waste cleanup as painless as possible for our rents.

First, the collector was designed with our rents comfort in mind.  It has a twenty-four inch extension handle so they never have to get near the waste.  Mom tested it out several times in the yard, and she said the handle was long enough that she didn’t have to do the awkward bend over.  However, if humans don’t want to use the long handle, they can still bend over to collect the waste using the built in handle.

The collector reminds us of a scooper with a rack built onto the end so you can just scoop and tip the collector to get everything to go into the bag.  At the back end of the collector, there is a patented PooBagger Ring that will hold a bag of about any size tightly to the end and keep it open   I’m a smaller dog, with smaller waste, so the average size poop bags work for me. But if you have say a great dane, you need huge bags.  To help with that, the PooBagger can even use grocery store bags.  So PooBagger is very flexible to the size of the dog, and more importantly, the size of the waste.   My pals at PooBagger also gave me a good tip that the plastic bags that hold your newspaper work great for waste collection as well!

Mom was worried about how to clean it.  She keeps her poop pick-up tools in the garage and she doesn’t want them to smell up the place.  However, I told Mom that the PooBagger is made of super-strong polymer composite so you can quickly and easily clean and sanitize it.  We suggest you just hose it off before you store it.

Overall, this is a great innovative product and we give it two piles of …. hehehe, just kidding, two big paws up!
