As an Amazing Pet Expo official online ambassador we learn about wonderful animal rescue organizations that will be at upcoming shows.  Seattle Humane Society is one of those that will be at the Seattle Pet Expo show on April 26th at the Seattle Center from 10 am – 6 pm with great animals available for adoption.

About the Seattle Humane Society

Seattle Humane Society was founded in 1897. We are a private, nonprofit animal welfare organization. We are proud to serve the people and animals of our region with a variety of programs including adoptions, veterinary services, dog training classes, a pet food bank, and humane education for children of all ages. Through our outreach, advocacy, and services, we strive to ensure that animal companionship is accessible to all.

Hi I’m Bentley

39c97d6d-dcaf-45ff-a3d0-5bfec7ed42c7Bentley is a smart, handsome youngster with sable markings accenting his silky black coat. This 1-year-old Labrador Retriever mix is full of energy and enthusiasm and he will easily keep pace with you in all of your outdoor adventures! Bentley is still very puppy-like and would benefit from ongoing training – but this boy is a fast-learner and eager-to-please. Bentley already knows “Sit” and “Down,” and is pretty adept at snatching treats as they fly through the air. He will easily pick up more commands once he has a devoted human companion to show him the ropes. Bentley enjoys affection and will no doubt become a loyal, loving sidekick. If you are looking for an athletic, intelligent young pooch to share your heart, home, and adventures – please come in and get to know Bentley!

Hi I’m Deakon

dd7a4fdc-3bc5-4dc3-b0e4-91af5d471f94Deakon is a loving, cuddly 5-year-old black and white Miniature Dachshund mix with chocolate-spattered toes! This dear boy needs a very special home – he is blind and without teeth – but his heart is full of love to share! Having a patient and understanding adopter who can help him adjust to a new environment and learn his way around would mean the world to him! His health and his confidence would both benefit from a dedicated adopter who will love him through and through.

So stop by Seattle Humane Society booth at the Seattle Pet Expo and say Preston sent you!
