As an Amazing Pet Expo official blog ambassador we learn about wonderful animal rescue organizations that will be at upcoming shows. LUV-A-PET is one of those that will be at the South Florida Pet Expo show on March 16th with great animals available for adoption.
About LUV-A-PET
LUV-A-PET program was started to help abandoned, homeless, and abused puppies and kittens. LUV-A-PET has since grown to incorporate hamsters, guinea pigs,chinchillas, sugar gliders and other small animals. They do not have a physical “shelter”, but rather a dedicated network of volunteers who foster these animals in their homes. The babies are taken into private homes and given food, shelter, love, medical care, socialization, and more love. Before being adopted into their FOREVER homes, all of the pets are altered and microchipped. They are also kept current on vaccinations and deworming,as well as flea and heartworm prevention. If any medical problems arise, the babies are evaluated and treated, as LUV-A-PET is a no kill organization.
Rambo is very sweet and a great teen kitten at 6 months of age. He is a real lover boy. Won’t you give him a chance. Our black and black/white cats and kittens are the hardest to find homes for. Meet Becky. She is a one year old girl in search of a forever home. She loves to run and play and walks well on a leash. She is house-trained and loves other dogs. She does not like cats or horses. Can you find it in your heart to give her a second chance and her own forever home? E-mail on Becky’s behalf. Luv A Pet is a non profit rescue for orphaned/abandoned puppies and kittens. All animals are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines and have a microchip prior to placement.
