Viva La Dog Spa Dog Facial Wipes Review

Written by Rachel Phelps

A little while ago I had the opportunity to review the Viva Dog Facial Wipes.  I admit, I am not the spa type of dog.  Heck, I don’t even like baths … and forget about letting anyone touch my feet and nails.  My mom assured me the facial wipes are no big deal.  My foster sister Maddie was here at the time (she has been adopted, yea!!) and she demanded to be in my blog so I told her she could model with the wipes.  Doesn’t she look so pretty?
spa2_edited-1I do have one complaint … really?… a pink container?  Come on … not the best color for us manly dogs … hehehe.  Mom said, “get over it”.  I decided to try to open the container myself.  Let’s just say darn for lack of opposable thumbs!   Once Mom opened it and cleaned my face I have to say it really works.  It got off my after dinner kibble mess on my face.  Then I realized, hey, if these work like this all the time, then I will have to take less baths … so I like this product!

But let me give you the details about the Viva La Dog Spa Dog Facial wipes.  The wipes use a gentle natural cleanser and the actual wipes are made from the same spun cotton flannel used by aestheticians.  The cotton flannel doesn’t break or damage our facial hair, my very dashing brows, or even a cat’s whiskers.  According to the package, the solution includes water, witch hazel, aloe, chamomile flower extract, raspberry fruit extract, sage leaf extract, allantoin and panthenol.

Overall, I give Viva La Spa facial wipes two paws up and one clean face.  To get your own wipes, go to:  http://www.cardinalpet.com/ollds/index.html

Disclosure –The product was provided to my rents and I free of charge.. However, opinions expressed here are my own.
