I’m in Fido Friendly!

Written by Rachel Phelps

Hot Dog! I was so excited when I opened the latest Fido Friendly Magazine and I was in it! The issue is actually the February/March 2012 edition but my local bookstore is a little behind and the magazine just came in last week. I sent Mom to the store and she bought four copies: one to read, one for me to keep, one for my grandparents (they are so proud of me), and one for the rents. I am on page 50. The title is “Get the Dog on the Blog: How to start a very successful dog-themed blog” by Carol Bryant. The sub title is “Dogs who blog have a mighty big bark.” Hehehe … I guess you can say I can have a big bark when I have something I want to say on here.

Here is the paragraph about me (well it is about my Mom but you know it is really about me!):

Rachel Phelps is the creative voice behind the popular dog blog PrestonSpeaks.com. The blog is written in the voice and viewpoint of Preston Peabody, a 2 1/2 year old West Highland White Terrier. Inspiration came after Phelps and her husband got their first dog together (Preston) and started attending training classes. They found that whenever they went somewhere with Preston, strangers were captivated by his cuteness and personality, causing them to let down their guard and start conversations with them. A blog was born.

I was blushing when I read that people were captivate by my cuteness and personality … hehehe.

So go pick up a copy today and if you want I can paw-graph it for you!
