New JW Pet “Crackle Heads Toys” Review

Sometimes I wonder if you humans lived another life as a dog. Well, I swear, the designers of the JW Pet Crackle Heads Toys know us backwards and forwards! This is the ultimate toy! My brother Elvis LOVES empty water bottles and likes the sound they make. I on the other hand, love to play with balls. Since this toy combines the best of both of these, it is the ideal Preston/Elvis toy!!

JW offers four general types of crackle toys and each is available in a variety of sizes so you can pick the one that is right for your dog. Each has a “crackle ball” inside that is made of water bottle material. This provides the toy with the texture and sounds of a plastic bottle when played with but is much more durable. Here are the four types:

Crackle Heads Ball – A crackle ball surrounded by durable rubber. Available in sizes small, medium, and large.
Crackle Heads Cuz – A crackle ball surrounded by durable rubber – with feet. Available in sizes small, medium, and large.
Crackle Heads Plush Toys – This is a line of plush character toys with the crackle ball inside its head. They have “Leroy the Lion”, “Skippy the Squirrel”, “Dougie the Dog”, “Bart the Bear”, and “Ricky the Raccoon”. The toys also squeak. Available in sizes medium and large.
Crackle Heads Canvas Toys – This is a line of canvas character toys with the crackle ball inside its head. They have “Canvas Cuz” and “Canvas Sock Monkey”. Available in sizes medium and large.

We received a medium size Crackle Heads Ball and Crackle Heads Cuz to review. Let’s just say, as soon as the package arrived, I tried my best to get the toys out right away. Unfortunately, Mom said I had to wait until Elvis could play with his as well. When we finally were allowed to play with them, I liked them so much it caused issues between my brother and me. I wanted both of the toys and didn’t want to share. We had a few growls back and forth and Mom ended up separating us. So now, we have to play with them separately, or under close supervision, because we both LOVE the Crackle Head toys! I made you a video so you can see us play!
